Review & Swatches of Urban Decay 24/7 Jackpot Eyeliners

11 Jul

Urban Decay just ended their latest Friends & Family sale, 25% off! I picked up some De-Slick Skindinavia spray and the super duper awesome 24/7 Jackpot eye pencil set.

This set ROCKS! It’s $39 (although I only paid $29.25 because of the sale). It comes with NINE travel-sized pencils and one full size pencil, which is an $18 value in itself. You get the most popular color, Zero (black), in the full size. The other nine pencils are various shades of blue, green, purple, etc. They are travel sized, but they will still last a pretty long time because you most likely won’t be using them as everyday liners.

They glide on like butter. Very smooth and tug-free application. They are also quite durable, I rubbed and rubbed on the swatches on my arm and the liner barely budged. However, the black did tend to collect in the corners of my eyes when I wore it on my bottom waterline. Definitely dust some powder underneath your waterline to help prevent it from running.

Shades from left to right: Zero (black), El Dorado (bright yellow gold), Whiskey (dark brown), Stash (gold mossy green), Mildew (mossy green), Electric (bright blue), Ransom (bright purple), Binge (dark metallic blue), Rockstar (deep reddish purple), Gunmetal (dark metallic grey) .

    Awesome!!
I got this set for christmas 2010 and I love it!!! I unfortunately misplaced the Mildew color (Greeny), but love the other colors.

I think the lightest yellow-gold color is called Baked–not El Dorado isn’t it?

Oh that’s interesting. I just double checked the pencil and it says El Dorado! Weird.. were all the other colors in your collection the same except for that one?
